New to Thrive’s Fall / Winter 2016 Menu is Pan Seared Wild Coho Salmon which is caught wild from the Columbia River. It is served local lady peas, carrot, fennel, singed olives, citrus-herb brown butter.

Shrimp & Grits is an iconic favorite Southern dish served in many restaurants across the country with a multitude of variations. The dish started out as “shrimps and hominy,” since hominy was the term Charlestonians used for cooked grits until well after World War II. It was a breakfast dish, and some Charlestonians ate it every morning during shrimp season, which runs from June until October. Read more

New to our menu is the Skillet Seared Filet Of Beef served with local squash, Vidalia onion, creamed spinach, and blue cheese foam. This mouth watering entree is sure to be a hit. The red wine demi comes from veal stock that has been reduced to a glace. Delicious butternut squash is sliced and roasted then fried and tossed in Parmesan cheese and parsley. This dish has wonderful textures & flavors that are deserving of any foodie.
