Be it the spicy kick of the Vesuvius roll (spicy tuna and cucumber, topped with tuna, avocado and mango, drizzled with spicy mayo and teriyaki) or the crunchy sweet of the Thrive Special (shrimp tempura, cucumber and avocado, topped with hamachi and sweet chili sauce), the sushi at Thrive contends with that of any acclaimed sushi restaurant.

When ordering your entrée, your server will be glad to recommend pairing suggestions. Thrive offers an extensive wine list both by glass and bottle. The Pan Roasted Duck Breast is a favorite and is topped with a zesty ginger orange marmalade served with a crispy rice bowl crowned with wild mushrooms which adds a balanced contrast when served with a velvety glass of Syrah.
