New to our menu is the Skillet Seared Filet Of Beef served with local squash, Vidalia onion, creamed spinach, and blue cheese foam.  This mouth watering entree is sure to be a hit. The red wine demi comes from veal stock that has been reduced to a glace. Delicious butternut squash is sliced and roasted then fried and tossed in Parmesan cheese and parsley. This dish has wonderful textures & flavors that are deserving of any foodie.
