    Trimi Dauti leads Thrive’s experienced team. Trimi, originally from Southern Europe, graduated with honors from The University of Prishtina. With heart and soul dedicated to food, beverage and service, Trimi followed his entrepreneurial spirit and opened his own Atlanta restaurant in 2006. After years of restaurant management, hospitality expertise, and a vast knowledge of wine and international cuisine. Trimi joined the Thrive team in 2008. He is pleased to offer a stimulating wine list at Thrive and excited to have introduced new menu items in May 2010. Dauti knows the true meaning of customer service and will make sure that your experience at Thrive leaves you completely satisfied.

    Executive Chef
    Chef Justin Cox was born in Roanoke, Virginia. He credits his grandmothers for his passion for cooking. In 2005 Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Whales University. During this period he developed his cooking while working for the acclaimed McCrady’s under James Beard Nominee, Michael Kramer. After his externship at The Breakers in West Palm Beach he began working for his “true mentor”, Kevin Ives at L’Escalier and worked up to earning the title Chef Brigade. Chef Cox went on to work at Café Boulud and Eno just to name a few before starting his new venture where he could Thrive. Excited about the location and flare of Thrive, Chef Cox added his own touch to the restaurant and says “I love Asian influences and deep southern local cuisine. I always use fresh seasonal fruits & vegetables and local farmers whenever possible.”
